Before joining IILM University Dr. Shobhna Jeet has served various prestigious Universities, she was one of the founder faculty members of Department of Law at The Central University of Haryana. Ma'am is a qualified law professional, completed her Ph.D. on the topic – “Law Relating to Cyber Terrorism a Comparative Study of Existing Laws at National and International Level”. She was a Joint author and had shared her contribution in two chapters in "Book Right to Education: Imperative for Progress" edited by Prof. Mool Chand Sharma with forward from renowned Scientist Prof. Yashpal. She over the years has published more than 18 national and international research papers in renowned journals and periodicals. She is member of Editorial Board Online Law Journal Law Mantra, and has Peer reviewed An International Refereed e- Journal with good impact factor.

Her Area of Research - Public International Law, Private International Law, Transnational Commercial Laws, Jurisprudence, Law, and Economics. She generally works on emerging and interdisciplinary aspects of laws.

Sir has graduated in law in first class from JNV University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and also post graduated in law from the same university. He also holds doctoral degree in law and twice qualified UGC (NET) in law. Additionally, he also holds post graduate degree in political science, in first class from CSJM Kanpur University. He has rich academic experiences of more than two decades and taught in various universities including National Law University. He teaches under-graduate as well as post-graduate courses and guides Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Prasad has participated and presented research papers covering diverse areas of law in more than 50 various international and national conferences/seminars/webinars and has 20 research articles in his credit, published in various international and national journals of repute.

She is a qualified assistant professor and began her career in academics in 2016. She is a Senior Research Fellow and is currently pursuing PhD in Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (Deemed University). Her area of research is International Environmental Law. She also holds a position of chief student editor for past two years in the editorial board of Indian Law Institute Law Review (ILILR) Journal. She has also worked as an editor in 2018-19 for another significant publication of Indian Law Institute, i.e., ‘Annual Survey of Indian Law’. She is also working as an editor of Lucknow Law Review. She has various publications to her name in numerous journals and books of national as well as international repute.
