She is the Dean, School of Law, Bennett University, The Times Group, Greater Noida & former Dean, Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi, India. She has authored dozens of books on conflicting and contemporary legal issues. To name the few, Women and Child-Related Laws (LexisNexis India), Women and the Law, Child and the Law (Lexis Nexis India), Comparative Constitutional Law (Satyam Law International), Legal Control of Air Pollution: Problems and Perspectives (Metropolitan Book Company Pvt. Ltd.), Socio-Economic Offence (Central Law Publications), etc. she has contributed to four books by Pearson Publishers USA (Global Edition). She has published more than 50 research papers in prestigious refereed and peer-reviewed journals covering diverse areas of law.

He has completed his graduation from Haldia Law College, Vidyasagar University in 2010. During his, under graduation days he held many important portfolios in his institute such as Student Convener for the Debating and Mooting Society and also Student Coordinator for the Institute Newsletter. He participated and presented papers in a number of conferences and seminars of National and International repute. Then he went on to complete his Masters in Law from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, C.G. in 2012. His specialization for LL.M. was in Business Laws. He wrote his LL.M. dissertation on the topic of ‘Bhopal Gas Leak and Corporate Liability: Reassessing the Compensation Doctrine’.

She is a doctorate in Constitutional Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh with over 15 years of blended experience in legal practice and academics. With over 20 articles in national and international peer reviewed reputed journals, she is also the editorial member of reputed peer reviewed legal journals. She has authored books in the areas of Immigration Laws and Real Estate published by Lexis-Nexis and Thomson Reuters. She is featured in the Board of Editors of NGT Reporter and has been the editor of the Conference proceedings of International Conference of Environment organized twice by National Green Tribunal. She is a member of various organizations like IUCN-CEESP, GRDS, etc. She has been honoured with Women Empowerment award by DSLSA and NDMC in 2019.

Sir has graduated in law in first class from JNV University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and also post graduated in law from the same university. He also holds doctoral degree in law and twice qualified UGC (NET) in law. Additionally, he also holds post graduate degree in political science, in first class from CSJM Kanpur University. He has rich academic experiences of more than two decades and taught in various universities including National Law University. He teaches under-graduate as well as post-graduate courses and guides Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Prasad has participated and presented research papers covering diverse areas of law in more than 50 various international and national conferences/seminars/webinars and has 20 research articles in his credit, published in various international and national journals of repute.
